Welcome to Breaking Barriers! My name is Cody Birely. I am a licensed physical therapist who has a fiery passion for neurologic rehabilitation with adults and pediatrics with physical disabilities, community integration, adaptive sports and recreation, health and wellness, and working with people to help them achieve their goals so they can accomplish their dreams in life. I care about people and I love what I do.

Breaking Barriers provides a unique mobile service in Central Illinois that is personalized to your needs and goals. The flexibility with a mobile service allows us to meet in the setting to address your specific goal(s), rather than being restricted to a clinic setting.

We specialize in individuals with neurologic conditions and physical disabilities, of all ages, who want to take their goals beyond clinic walls and get back to doing the things they love or try to tackle a new goal that they have been wanting to go after.
